ElseeMore Install Issues. PDF Print E-mail

Error conditions that you may see when running ElseeMore.

Interface not found or not supported.

This means that it can not find the Echolink API to connect to. This does suggest that Echolink was not installed correctly or it is a very old version < V1.9.891.

If you installed in one location then moved the files to a new location or another drive!

Un-Install/Re-Install Echolink using the Echolink install package. The Echolink.exe file contains the 'Automation Server' for the API, this must be registered on the PC by the installer. The error message indicates that ElseeMore can not 'see' or Connect to the 'Automation Server'.

Remember you can move the Log and other text files to a new location but the EXE must be installed with the installer. If you have moved the files then the Un-installer may not work!
