information over the internet which you wish to remain private, please note
that, while all attempts are made to secure information transmitted to this
site, there is a possibility that information you submit could be observed by a
third party while in transit.
You can make a request to view, ask the webmaster about any information stored
about you on www.tonywakefield.com.au. You may also make a request to have this
information removed from the live website.

Information logged

Smartyhost.com.au (which hosts tonywakefield.com.au) makes a record of your
visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes - your server
address, your top level domain name (eg. .com, .asn, .org, .net, .au, .uk etc.),
the date and time of your visit to tonywakefield.com.au, the pages accessed and
documents downloaded and the type of browser used.
No attempt will be made to identify you or your browsing activities except, in
the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may

Your registration Password is encrypted as you register and then stored in this
encrypted format in a database. When you “log in” the password is again
encrypted by the same key and then a match takes place to allow entry. If you
loose your password a new unique one will be automatically generated and emailed
to you. It is your responsibility to change this when you log in and at regular
intervals.

Cookies

A cookie is an electronic token that is passed to your browser and your browser
passes it back to the server whenever a page is sent to you.
A cookie may be used to allow you to page back and forwards through the web site
and return to pages you have already visited. As a “Registered User” A cookie
may be used to remember a one time session identifier whilst logged in. If you
select “Remember Me” then your PC Browser may save your User Details on your PC.

You do not need to have configured your browser to enable the accepting or
sending of cookies in order to use this site (though you will not have access to
the full functionality of the “Registered Users Area” if you do not).
Cookies are not used for any other purpose at this site. Cookies are not used to
collect personal information.
